For the past 23 years, literally hundreds, if not thousands, of clients and business partners have had the experience of working with Natalie Rauschenbach. After retiring from the banking industry, Natalie began her "2nd Career" as a career counselor at DWI. She lived the mission of helping clients gain their level of independence by finding them a job in the community. Sometimes finding individuals good jobs is just the beginning. Providing support on the job and partnering with the business owners to ensure the success for those clients truly has been the ongoing work.
She will be remembered as having made a positive difference not only for those clients that she has served, but for the greater business community in Eastern Idaho, many came by with their well wishes this morning.
Lisa Wilkins, currently a Lead Employment Training Specialist, who has been with DWI over six years, will be transitioning to the duties that Natalie currently handles.
We wish Natalie a wonderful retirement, well deserved as a DWI Champion.
